Just as soon as you’re 100% sure you would like to move forward with your event. Availability is first come, first serve. We book up very quickly in our busy months (approx. March-November). So, due to the unpredictability, we always suggest to reserve sooner than later!
No. Your quote is valid for 30 days and does not reserve your order. We require a 50% deposit to reserve any order. Please note, the 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable
Yes. We have a showroom where you can see several of our available items and speak with an experienced coordinator. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Appointments are limited to 30 minutes.
Yes. You may add and remove items to/from your reserved order up until 10 days before your scheduled delivery or pick up. Once within 10 days, you may no longer remove items but may add depending on availability. Tents may not be removed from orders once reserved.
Yes. We offer delivery to areas in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia. There is no minimum for delivery. Please call to confirm delivery in your area.
The delivery fee is based on several factors including but not limited to, location, timing, delivery distance and difficulty, etc. Due to these factors, please give as much information as possible when requesting a quote so that we can give accurate delivery pricing.
You are able to pick up most rental items from our warehouse. Please make acceptable arrangements for transportation of your rental items. Not sure if it will fit? Taking a quick measurement of the inner dimensions of your vehicle is very helpful.
We highly recommend someone to be on-site for deliveries and pickups.
We strive to keep our items maintained and in good working order. With that being said, please keep in mind that these are rental items and are regularly used by other customers.
