One of the first steps for a tent is to set up a site-inspection. We will come to your location to see the space where you would like your tent to ensure installation goes smoothly. If you already have an idea of the style and size tent, we can begin a quote prior to your site inspection. Grand Rental Events professionally installs and dismantles all rented tents.
There are several factors to consider when requesting a tent rental. Here are just a few to keep in mind:
- Are you setting up at a residence, venue, or public space? Will your location require any permitting?
- What type of surface are you setting up on? Grass, dirt, gravel, pavement? Are there any underground utilities? This will determine they way we are able to anchor the tent.
- The size of the space – some tents may require an extra 10′ of space around the entire perimeter of the tent for anchoring. So, if you are looking at a 20’x30′ tent, you may actually need a space that is at least 40’x50′.
